How to report a Claim

ON-SITE VISITS

On site visits are usually made immediately upon notification of any loss occurring on the insured property, arising out of the effects of a fire, flood, hurricane, earthquake and windstorm, to assist the client in the effective presentation of their claim. We arrange early inspection of the damage by an independent Adjuster.

RECOMMENDATION FOR INTERIM PAYMENTS

After the preliminary inspection, recommendations are usually made by us for an interim payment to enable early restoration of business activities and minimization of financial loss.

ACCESSIBILITY TO CLAIMS PERSONNEL

Over the years, we have built a close relationship with our clients and are always accessible for responses to any queries arising from any incident/claim or potential claim.
