Gerard Fontaine succeeded his father as President in April 2012, having joined FFK's management team in 2007. He graduated from Rollins College, Florida with a B.Sc. in International Business and Finance, and gained early career experience with a Lloyd's Insurance Broking House in London. A prudent financial manager, Gerard has been instrumental in growing FFK's multinational corporate portfolio and strengthening international relationships across the Caribbean and beyond. He sits on the boards of Fraser Fontaine & Kong Ltd., Mahoe International Premium Finance Co., and Belize Insurance Centre.

Martine Fontaine brings over 19 years of broking experience across local, regional, and international markets, including a year with a London insurance house. She has managed client portfolios in the Caribbean, South America, Ireland, and Spain. Martine graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a B.A. in Economics and serves as Executive Director on the boards of Fraser Fontaine & Kong Ltd., Musgrave Court Ltd., Belize Insurance Centre, and the Insurance Association of the Caribbean.

Appointed to the FFK Board in February 2020, Mr. Brown is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of senior management experience as Finance Director, Country Manager, and CFO, locally and throughout the Caribbean. His experience spans petroleum, banking, and trading sectors, with expertise in working capital management, cost rationalisation, and cross-functional business reorganisation.

A technology executive with over 30 years in the IT industry, Mr. Davis graduated from UWI in Applied Physics and holds an EMBA from the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean. He has held senior roles including General Manager at MC Systems and Executive VP at the TSL Group, and joined XSOMO International Limited as GM of the Technology Division in 2018. He is also the author of two books: "Jamaica by Air" and "Trinidad and Tobago by Air."

Appointed Chairman in April 2012, Mr. Drummond is an Attorney-at-Law who graduated from McGill University and the University of the West Indies, qualifying for the bar at Norman Manley Law School in 1999. He currently practises at Phillipson Partners and has served on the boards of the Edna Manley Foundation, the Spectrum Management Authority, and the Jamaica Anti-Doping Commission. He also represented Jamaica on the National Surf Team.
